Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any mobile application developed by BoomX Studio ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our applications.

Description of Services

BoomX Studio provides mobile applications including:

• TV Remote Control Apps: Applications that allow users to control smart TV devices using their mobile phones
• Puzzle Games: Entertainment applications including block puzzle games
• Other Mobile Applications: Various utility and entertainment apps

Our services are provided "as is" and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time without notice.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our applications only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use our apps for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our applications
• Use our apps to transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our applications

TV Remote Control Apps

For our TV remote control applications, additional terms apply:

Device Compatibility

• Our apps are designed to work with specific TV brands and models
• Compatibility is not guaranteed for all devices
• Network connectivity between your phone and TV is required

Network Security

• You are responsible for securing your home network
• We are not liable for unauthorized access to your network or devices
• Use strong passwords and security measures for your network

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our applications are owned by BoomX Studio and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our applications for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Prohibited Conduct

Disclaimers

Our applications are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including:

• Warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that our apps will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of information

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BoomX Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the application, if any.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our applications at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination:

• Your right to use our applications ceases immediately
• You must cease all use of our applications
• All provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where BoomX Studio is located, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our applications shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. We will notify you of significant changes through:

• In-app notifications
• Email notifications (if applicable)
• Updates to this page

Your continued use of our applications after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be replaced with a valid provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and BoomX Studio regarding your use of our applications and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
